How long do orders take to be delivered?

Cairo and Alex: 5-8 business days. Other governorates: 6-8 business days.

Do you have refunds?

Yes, we do, within 3 days! Provided that items are in their original, unused packaging. however, damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We transfer the money through Instapay, any mobile wallet, or bank accounts as soon as we receive the package. refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed.

Refunds & exchanges come with a flat fee of 80 EGP, just like a small service charge. This helps us cover delivery, careful cleaning, and preparing the piece to look brand-new again for its next owner.

Can I try while the courier waits?

No, for safety reasons, opening the package while the courier waits is no longer permitted. Can you send me two sizes to compare? Unfortunately, we do not ship two sizes. You can exchange the item if the size isn't right. How do I know my size? Please check the size guide on our website or DM us for assistance.
