Provided that items are in their original, unused packaging. however, damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We transfer the money through instapay, any mobile wallet, or bank accounts as soon as we receive the package. refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed. Refunds & exchanges come with a flat fee of 70 EGP , just like a small service charge. This helps us cover delivery, careful cleaning, and preparing the piece to look brand-new again for its next owner.
